Classes
Military beneficiaries and DoD civilians are welcome to attend any of our classes.
Military beneficiaries can call the Puget Sound Military Appointing Center (PSMAC) at (800) 404-4506 to register for classes. Referrals from your health care provider are welcome but not required.

Outreach
We welcome opportunities to visit your command. Topics include any class listed in this website. Other topics are available on request. Please submit your events at least a week in advance so we can best accommodate your schedule.

Outpatient Nutrition Clinic is available for provider-referrals and patient self-referrals.
Referrals
Reasons for referral are not limited to, but may include:
Overweight and Obesity
Diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, Gestational Diabetes)
Dyslipidemia (high cholesterol and/or triglycerides)
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Malnutrition/significant weight loss
Kidney Disease
Eating Disorder (as adjunct therapy to mental health)
Gastrointestinal Disorder
Oncology
Nutrition Support (home tube feeding and/or home parenteral nutrition)
Food allergies and intolerances
High-risk pregnancy
