Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program

The Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program at NMRTC Bremerton provides screening, preventive, and dual diagnosis rehabilitative services for substance use disorders. We offer screening, Prime for Life (level .5), Level 1 treatment, Level 2 intensive outpatient, and continuing care. All programs meet criteria specified by local agencies and local courts.

In Transition: in Transition is a free, voluntary program with coaches who provide psychological health care support to service members, veterans and their health care providers during times of transition. Service members can call to self-enroll 24/7. 800-424-7877
Families OverComing Under Stress (FOCUS): provides resilience training to military children, families, and couples. Teaches practical skills to help families and couples overcome common challenges related to a military life. Helps build on current strengths and teach new strategies to enhance communication and problem solving, goal setting and creating a shared family story. 253-966-6390

Military One Source:  A 24/7 resource and referral service for all military branches. They offer free counseling sessions with no referral needed. Medications are not available with this service. 800-342-9647
