NHB’s UCC will be seeing only active-duty personnel, Dec. 18 and 19, 2025, as well as January 7, 2026. All eligible retirees and family members will be directed to the nearest ER and UCC for their needs. For those with an actual life, limb, eyesight threatening injury, please call 911 or head to the nearest emergency room.

Shuttle operations for all eligible beneficiaries are Monday-Friday except federal holidays, departing NHB by the Urgent Care Clinic entrance at 7 a.m., 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. The shuttle leaves Madigan by the Main Medical Mall north entrance at 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., with the final bus departing at 2:30 p.m.
